Sorry this is late

It's been one of THOSE weeks... pray for us as we get to the end of the month. It's always an anxious time for us as we wait and see how the Lord is going to amaze us with his provision.

Last Sunday we covered one of my favorite chapters of Genesis, chapter 24. I love the picture of the New Testament Chruch hidden in the story of Abraham getting a bride for Isaac. Chuck Missler always says "the New Testament is in the Old Testament concealed and the Old Testament is in the New Testament revealed."

Back to Genesis

We returned to Genesis this week, finishing up Chapter 22 and talking about the death of Sarah and how we use Abraham's example to deal with grief and loss. It is so exciting to have every chair we own full and to see folks hanging out and fellowshipping afterwards. God is so good. Here is the link:

Unlike past years where I poo-pooed New Years resolutions I have decided to be like the rest of the sheep and follow the herd.
